Was told over 1 week ago by a staff member that she would expedite these right away, but that has not been the case. They have contacted me several times since the job was completed for payment/financing info, but they have not be as communicative about resolving these issues. They literally destroyed a tropical plant in front of our house during window installation and the workers were totally nonchalent about it. No excuses for treating customers this way. I originally told the sales person about this back on 12/12 and formally on 121/19. Also, they left debris of wood, nails, etc from their job back on 12/8 and the debris is still in my yard today. Deck stairs were done uprofessionally and I sent pictures to the company. Took nearly 1 month after window instatllation to get warranty info when it should have been handed to my immediately after installation. Prior to installation, 74 was sufficient. Have to turn temp up to 78+ to sit comfortably in rooms without feeling wind drafts. House has been very drafty since new windows have been installed for my small townhome. I am not satisfied with either and have expressed my concerns to the company over 1 week ago and have not heard back on implementing a plan to resolve asap. I went with Clearview because of them working on my deck stairs as well. I recommend really looking at the negative reviews on various websites. READ THIS: I believe reviews on company websites can be subjective in their favor and biased. Two reliable contractors have said the caulk is too thin. I am submitting photos to prove otherwise. He said there is nothing wrong with the caulk. I told him I paid him $17,000 and the job was not properly done in the first place. June 16 I called again and Sam said he is going to charge me to do the job. I asked if he realized that ALL the windows need recaulked. Emma said they were going to put me on the schedule for next week. May 18 Sam finally accepted my call and said he is still "not able to climb ladder and no one else can do the job." June 7 I had to call them again. "Call back in two weeks." I called on May 2, 3, and 12 and was told Sam was not in. I called on April 21 to see if he intended to keep the appointment and was told I was not on the schedule. I hung up when he became angry because I didn't say I was sorry he was in pain and he insulted me. I called on April 14 and Sam rescheduled for April 21 between 1:00 and 3:00. He would have Emma call tomorrow to reschedule. At 1:45 Sam called and said he had a medical issue and couldn't work for a few days. Rescheduled for April 12 between 12:00 and 2:00. Emma said he was already scheduled to be at another job site. ![]() March 24 I called again for appointment date. I called Sam on Maand told him "at least two of the windows need recaulked and I want the others inspected because I can't see if they were properly caulked. ![]() Fifteen months later I noticed the caulk around 2 of the windows was cracked. The installer said he did the recaulking. When the two windows Rick had FORGOTTEN to order in the original order were installed in December 2020, I requested the windows installed in August be recaulked because the caulk was cracking (after only 4 months). I ordered 21 windows on January 23, 2020.
